1. Payment and Cancellation Policy:
   A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance is due 14 days before the tour start date. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the tour start date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the tour start date, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Changes to Itinerary:
   Egypt Sunny Tours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control. If we need to make changes to the itinerary, we will do our best to provide suitable alternatives and inform you in advance.
3. Travel Insurance:
   We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, and other unforeseen events. Egypt Sunny Tours is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the tour.
4. Health and Safety:
   It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or special needs that you may have before the tour starts. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee that all requests can be met. During the tour, you are responsible for your own health and safety, and you should follow all instructions provided by our guides and staff.
5. Liability:
   While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety during the tour, Egypt Sunny Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the tour. We are not responsible for any expenses or losses incurred due to delays, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
6. Code of Conduct:
   We expect our clients to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the tour. Any behavior that disrupts the tour or endangers the safety of others may result in the termination of the tour without a refund.
7. Complaints:
   If you have any complaints or issues during the tour, please inform your guide or our staff immediately so that we can address the issue and make appropriate arrangements.
